DMCA and Copyright

ExcitingSpas.com respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries.

What we can remove

ExcitingSpas.com does not host files. The catalog contains links to posts made by third parties on Telegram, with the file name and basic details. When we receive a valid notice, we remove the link, the file entry and any description of it from the site. If every file of a board is removed, the board page is removed too.

We cannot delete the file from Telegram. To have the file itself taken down, also report it to Telegram through its official copyright reporting channels, listed on telegram.org.

How to send a notice

Send your notice to our copyright email, or use the contact form and choose "Copyright / removal request". Your notice must include:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact address (URL) of each page on excitingspas.com that lists the material, and the file name as shown on the page.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include this information may not be processed. Sending a notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt, normally within three working days.
  • If the notice is complete, we remove the listed links from the site. Removal appears on the live site after the next daily rebuild.
  • We may forward a copy of the notice, with personal contact details removed, to the person who reported the original post, where we can identify them.

Counter-notice

If a link was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the site operator may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Unless the original complainant tells us they have started legal action, the link may be restored 10 to 14 working days after we receive a valid counter-notice.

Repeat infringement

Sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices may be excluded from the catalog entirely.
