Acer schematics, boardviews and BIOS

The catalog lists 865 Acer boards with 2,747 files: 464 boards have schematics, 215 have boardview files and 678 have BIOS dumps.

Acer boards are made by Compal, Quanta, Wistron and Inventec. Compal and Quanta boards also have short platform names (for example Z5WE1 or ZRT) that appear in file names next to the board code.

Many Aspire, Extensa and TravelMate models share boards with eMachines, Packard Bell and Gateway machines of the same period, so a board page may list models from those brands too.

In this catalog most Acer boards are identified by Quanta DAxxxMBxxx, Compal LA-xxxxP and Wistron project numbers. Search by the code printed on your PCB if you are not sure which board your laptop has.
