What Is Health Spa:

A residential establishment entirely dedicated for recreation of health, beauty and wellbeing as well in all its forms. This includes traditional health farms, new age holistic retreats, medical clinics and also natural spas based around a natural source of mineral, thermal or seawater.

Atmosphere :

Usually located in peaceful or with scenic surroundings, the health spa is a retreat to the extent that a healthy venue.

An informal, relaxed atmosphere prevail you to spend much of your day in a housecoat being cared by highly trained therapists with a high quality staff to guest ratio.

All food would be healthy, if not calorie controlled, normally offering organic, vegetarian or menus catering for the special dietary requirements.

Treatments :

It provides with a wide range of face and other body treatments. Health spas offer a full timetable that includes consultations, activities, classes, talks and good demonstrations. Many of the spas offer specific weeklong health programmers for a varied range of targets from detoxing and relaxation to weight loss and also quitting smoking.

Why Go :

Ideal for true relaxation, detox plans, specific happiness programmes, life changes, spiritual retreats, medical help, rest and also for post-operative recuperation.

Why Not Go :

Usually no bar, no children, no smoking, no mobile phones, and with no conference facilities. Most health spas will not suit people who don't like staying in one particular place all the time.

Health Spa Treatments

Health and Beauty therapies and treatments are available 7 days a week, regardless of which gender session is taking place in the Turkish Baths. Use the links on the right hand menu to find out about each specific treatment on offer.

Advance bookings and payments are required for all treatments and can be made through our booking line 01423 556746. We regret bookings cannot be made by fax, e-mail or the internet. Credit card and debit payments accepted.

Health and Beauty clients may bring swimwear and enjoy the Fountain Spa Pool before and after treatments. This service is included as part of all health and beauty treatments and therapies.

Jacuzzi, subject to availability. Swimwear must be worn in this area.

Saturday	9.30am - 4.30pm
Sunday	9.30am - 8.30pm

Cancellations: At least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, otherwise the full fee may be levied.

You can take away some of the Turkish Baths magic by selecting from our Germaine de Capuccini, Spray Tanning and Jessica Nails product ranges. Vouchers are also available in monetary values of £10 and £20.
